All payments must be completed before order dispatch, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

• Delivery timelines: 1–5 business days depending on your location.

• In-store pickup is available at our Nairobi location within 1 business day of order confirmation.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location and package size.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.

• Exchanges can be made for damaged or incorrect items, or different sizes/variants (if available).
